National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS), Noida, has invited applications for the various secondary and senior secondary courses under stream II for unsuccessful learners of various recognized Boards. NIOS Noida is an autonomous organization under Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. It is an examination Board of Government of India as equivalent to CBSE/CISCE.

Candidates, who had appeared but could not cleared or could not appear in the Public Examination of Secondary or Senior Secondary Level from any recognized Board, can apply for these courses. The admission to these programmes will be valid up to five years.

Candidates are required to apply for the courses on or before July 30, 2011. The first examination will be held in the month of October 2011.
