Located in Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh), Indian Institute of Forest Management has announced admission to its post graduate diploma in forest management programme, which will be pursued in the upcoming session of 2012-14. The course is a two-year full time residential programme, which is duly approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. Indian Institute of Forest Management (IIFM) is an autonomous institute, which works under the Ministry of Environment & Forests, Government of India.

Programme

Post Graduate Diploma in Forestry Management (PGDFM): Clean development mechanism, carbon trading, environment management, eco-tourism, development finance, corporate environmental responsibility and many more.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates need to have passed three-year of bachelor’s level examination in any stream with minimum 50% marks in aggregate, from any recognized University.

Admission Procedure

Admissions are done to this post graduate diploma programme of the institute on the basis of Common Admission Test (CAT) 2011, which is followed by group discussion and personal interview.
