The New Castle Library will sponsor a college scholarship presentation. Participants will learn the basics about how to find a scholarship, the etiquette in filling out an application and going for an interview, and tips on writing the all-important scholarship essay. For ages 15 and up. Registration required. Call 302-328-1995
