AP Medical 3rd and final phase counseling for MBBS & BDS courses 2011-2012 admissions schedule and dates are released by NTR Health University, Vijayawada. The counseling will be done for those seats which are vacant and remained unfilled in 1st & 2nd counseling. Here is the full notification of Medicine 3rd & final counseling schedule & dates.

In continuation of earlier notification dated 13-07-2011 and 10-08-2011 the University proposes to fill up the vacant seats arose after 2nd counseling for admission into MBBS/BDS courses for the year 2011-12. The Seats in Great Eastern Medical school, Srikakulam will also be filled as per the Orders of Hon’ble High Court dt: 18-08-2011 in W.P.M.P.No.25316 of 2011 in W.P.No.20834 of 2011. The counseling for Special Categories will be held on 20-09-2011 and the 3rd and final counseling will be held from 21-09-2011 to 25-09-2011 for all other categories.

Note: As this is the final counseling, Cancellation of admission is not allowed under any circumstances. The Fee (College fee & University fee) paid by the candidates will not be refunded under any circumstances.

(2) Candidate shall be physically present at the time of counseling

(3) The selected candidates shall submit all original certificates and pay college fee and University fee by way of crossed demand drafts (as detailed in the earlier notification dt. 13-07-2011) drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favour of the Registrar, Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, payable at Vijayawada.

(4) The other terms and conditions for counseling remain unchanged as announced in our earlier notification dated 13.07.2011.

(6) Candidates who have already taken admission in earlier counseling shall bring the copies of allotment orders receipt of certificates, fee receipt and admission order from the college where the candidate got admitted.

UPSEE-2011 Councelling with its complete Procedure
For completing the admission for the best choice through counseling the Candidates opting for admission based on UPSEE-2011 rank counseling and AIEEE /CAT/MAT rank counselling have to complete the following steps which are given below,

Step 1:
Document Verification: You are required to reach the Document Verification / Choice Locking Centre (DV& CC), in person as per the schedule to be given on our web site www.mtu.ac.in / www.gbtu.ac.in. You must come with your Admit Card and a demand draft of Rs. 500/- drawn in favor of the Finance Officer, Mahamaya Technical University, Noida and bring along all the testimonials/ certificates/ documents in original & one set of photocopies as mentioned below. You must get your Document Verification done on the same day and collect the document verified certificate from the Officer available at the reporting center itself. In case of any indicated deficiency you should remove the deficiency and get back to the DV&CC with the correct document/s and thus ensure clearance from the same DV&CC and get your candidature verified during specified time slot at the same Document Verification Centre following same procedure. Detailed instructions are given below.

Step 2:
Choice Locking: Report at the designated Choice Locking Centre which is same as the Document Verification Centre as per schedule which will be declared on or before 2nd July, 2011 on the website www.upsee.nic.in and www.mtu.ac.in. Candidate will be required to lock the choices on computer and take print out of the same after locking it. Generally, the seat allotment will be done in the night on the same day of choice locking. The candidate must report at the Choice Locking Centre on the scheduled date during 8 AM to 10 AM along with the Admit Card & Document Verification Slip, demand draft of Rs. 5000/- drawn in favour of the Finance Officer, Mahamaya Technical University, Noida. Each candidate will himself / herself be locking the choices and leave the centre only after taking printout of the choices locked by him/her and signed by the verification officer at the DV&CC. In case of not locking the options your candidature shall not be considered for the purpose of seat allotment and the sole responsibility for this shall lie only on you the candidate. The admission letter, after the seat allotment, shall be handed over to the candidate on the next day.

Step 3:
Collection of seat allotment letter from the choice locking centre and Deposition of fee (Rs.10000/- or Rs.4000/- as applicable) as acceptance of seat by 5 PM on next day. The details of fee and its refund etc. are given in Information Brochure.

Step 4:
Reporting at the allotted Institution as per given schedule.

Candidates are advised to regularly visit our website www.upsee.nic.in / www.mtu.ac.in for obtaining information regarding counseling schedule, notifications, Institute-wise / branch-wise vacancy position, eligibility criteria for admission to various programmes and other details.
Note: Dual merit is awarded for the candidates who have claimed for Rural Weightage. Such candidates are called as per the merit awarded with rural weightage. If a candidate fails to submit the certificate number 7 at the time of counseling, he will be considered for counseling, at the merit rank awarded without rural weightage as per the counseling schedule.

INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES REGARDING COUNSELING
At the time of Document Verification following documents will be required in original together with an attested photocopy which will have to be submitted at the verification counter of the said counseling centre:
1. Qualifying Examination Certificates and Mark sheets (The eligibility criteria and list of qualifying examinations is given in UPSEE-2011 information brochure).
2. Candidates in respect of whom, the result of the qualifying examination has not been declared by the date of counseling due to any reason whatsoever shall not be eligible for admission.
3. Certificate of High school or equivalent examination for verification of date of birth.
4. Domicile certificate of Parents (Father or Mother only) of the candidate, issued by the competent authority, for candidates who have passed qualifying examination from states other than U.P.
5. Category certificate for OBC candidates issued by the competent authority, if applicable, on prescribed format given in Information Brochure and issued after March 31, 2011 (mandatory due to condition of creamy layer of the society).
6. Category certificate for SC/ST candidates issued by competent authority, if applicable, on prescribed format given in Information Brochure.
7. Physically handicapped candidates will be required to bring a certificate issued by Chief Medical Officer in prescribed format. A medical board, consisting of general physician, orthopedist, and ophthalmologist may be referred to verify the claim of certificate, if there is any doubt.
8. Candidates of Armed Forces category (UPAF) will be required to produce a certificate to this effect issued by competent authority on prescribed format given in Information Brochure.
9. Candidates belonging to freedom fighter’s category (UPFF) will be required to produce a certificate to this effect issued by competent authority on prescribed format given in Information Brochure.
10. The Candidates who have claimed rural weightage will be required to submit a certificate on prescribed format at the time of document verification as given in Information Brochure.
11. An undertaking for medical fitness by the candidates & countersigned by his/her father / guardian to this effect that he will submit, a certificate of fitness as prescribed in Information Brochure at the time of joining the institute allotted to him/her.
12. Account payee bank draft of Rs. 500=00 as counseling fee (non-refundable) will have to be submitted at the time of reporting for Document Verification and separate account payee draft of Rs. 5,000=00 as initial fee (refundable only as per clause 16.2 of information brochure) is to be submitted at the time of reporting for Choice Locking as per announced schedule. Both drafts should be drawn in favour of “Finance Officer, Mahamaya Technical University, Noida” payable at Noida.
13. Candidates will have to come prepared for depositing fee after allotment of seat to the candidates by depositing Bank draft as a part of Institute/college fee (non-refundable as per clause 16.3 of information brochure), Rs. 10,000=00 for General & OBC category candidates and Rs. 4000=00 for SC & ST category candidates at respective counseling centre on the day of issue of admission letter itself, failing which the seat allotted will be cancelled. Draft should be drawn in favour of “Finance Officer, Mahamaya Technical University, Noida” payable at Noida.
14. There will be some seats under the Tuition Fee Waiver scheme for women, economically backward students (annual income of Parents / Guardian less than Rs. 2.50 lakhs from all sources) and physically handicapped students based on merit. The tuition fee waiver to a student shall be given for the duration of course and admitted in first year of B.Tech., B.Pharm., B.Arch., BHMCT ,BFAD, B.Tec.(Bio-Tech.) only. Seats under this scheme shall be displayed on internet and counseling centers at the time of counseling. Economically weaker students are required to bring the income certificate issued by the competent authority (District Magistrate/Additional Magistrate/City Magistrate/Pargana Magistrate/Tahsildar) at the time of counseling.
Important Note:
1. Candidates should note that they have to report in person at the respective Document Verification Centre / Choice Locking Centre as per schedule given overleaf. Candidates should leave Document Verification & Choice Locking Centre only after getting his/her documents verified. In case of any deficiency the same should be got removed during the stipulated schedule. The candidates when coming for Choice Locking should report latest by 12 noon on the scheduled date and lock their choices on the same day latest by 5.00 P.M.. The candidates will be not be allowed to report after 12 noon for choice locking. In case of not doing so their candidature will not be considered for seat allotment.via W2F

ECET Web Counseling 2011 Begins

APSCHE is conducting admission to the various Engineering and Pharmacy Courses to who passed Diploma in Engineering/ Pharmacy or B.Sc with Mathematics and qualified in ECET .Those who've qualified ECET [FDH & B.SC(MATHEMATICS)] are being allotting seats as per their option by means of Counseling. The Web Counseling candidates can select a college and a Course from a nearest Internet Center.

After Certificate Verification in Helpline Centres,you can go for any number of options and can take print out if they desire. HelpLine Centres shall furnish the detailed procedure of Exercising Options.

Modification of Options and Freezing, Candidate can change options any number of times during the allotted time. After allotted time for option entry, If the Candidate is not satisfied with the Options exercised, he/she can modify the options on the dates notified by the authority and this is final opportunity for exercising options.

Final Allotments of Seats:Final Allotments will be placed on the Web and the Candidates have to down load the allotment order. Students with downloaded allotment order have to remit the fee in one of the designated banks and obtain a receipt. Student with allotment order and fee receipts have to report at the respective colleges where the seat is allotted within the dates mentioned.

EAMCET 2011 Admissions Web based Online Councelling

Eamcet Admissions Online 2011Web-based counselling for engineering admissions 2011 from the third week of July and online counselling for MBBS and BDS courses will start from July 17. AICTE granted 7 new engineering colleges this year to the state with an intake of 2,100 seats. Now the state has 2,69,175 seats in 707 colleges, an additional 25,000 seats in the existing engineering colleges are expected to be approved due to increase in intake. A total of 2,07,252 students have qualified in the engineering stream and 52,510 have qualified in the medical stream after the Eamcet ranks were announced.

Engineering admissions will be held from the 3rd week of July
MBBS and BDS courses will commence from July 17

The engineering seats in the state are expected to cross the 3 lakh mark this year. Officials decided to follow a cut-off date of June 30 to include seats in the counselling. Any approvals given by AICTE after the cut-off date will not be considered for admissions this year and will be taken up only in the next academic year. The classes for first year engineering students will begin from August 16. There will be no change in the fees for engineering courses this year as the AFRC has decided to retain the existing fee structure for professional courses.You can get more info's from Official site given below

Eamcet qualifiers 2,59,753 this year, as 17,478 failed the Intermediate exams even qualifying in Eamcet. Originally, 2,78,852 students had qualified in Eamcet, when the marks were announced on June 8. Of them, 14,497 students in the engineering stream and 2,981 students in the medical stream have failed the Intermediate exams this year.
