The New Century Scholarships - available to Utah's academically gifted high school students. Awards up to 75% of tuition scholarship at a Utah state college or university.

The Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE) Program - available to Utah students wanting to attend a program of study at the undergraduate or graduate level in any of the consortium of 15 western states.

T.H. Bell Teaching Incentive Loan (TIL) - available to academically merited students who are considering teaching as a career. The loan covers the costs of tuition for teaching programs in exchange for work in Utah public schools upon graduation.
